Returns & Exchanges
Topiary Store has a 7-day return policy in case you receive a defective product. Please email us at info@topiary.store with details of the product and proof of the defect.
Kindly send back the item the same way you received it along with the undamaged packaging or box. Please note that you will have to book and pay for the courier or GogoXpress, or you also have the option of delivering the item yourself.
If you no longer have the packaging or box, refund or exchange may be disapproved unless the management clearly sees a defect or damage to the item. If you request for an exchange, you will have to shoulder the courier fee. However, if we inspect the item and find visible damage, we will reimburse the courier fee.

No returns and exchanges, all Hayo'u sales are final.
Before purchasing any Hayo’u products, make sure you have read all the disclaimers found on our instagram, @topiarythestore, under the IG Highlights entitled, “Natural Stones,” and “FAQ.” Each gua sha, precision tool and comb is unique and handmade from natural materials—no two are exactly the same. Because of the nature of our Hayo’u products, the stones may differ in size, weight, pattern and color, and some combs may have duller or sharper teeth with varying spacing. We do not open items from Hayo’u to maintain the integrity of the product, we hope you understand.
We highly encourage pick up so you will be able to personally inspect the item or items. The pick up option is made available as per your request. However, if you wish for us to courier your items, you will have to shoulder the shipping fee.
